recipe calls for 9 x 5x 3 in baking pan. tells me to bake at 60 min.(350) if i put it in two pans 8x 4.5 x2.5, how long should i bake? thanks

My boyfriend and mine year and 8 month anniversary is coming up and I want a DELICIOUS dessert thats fairly easy to make. Keep in mind that well Im 20 and not a big cooker so dont expect me to make something so extravagant. But lol anyway does anyone have the recipes for something? :) THANKS!

I've attempted to cook shrimp scampi before but the garlic I sauteed was nasty to say the least. Nasty, brown and yucky. Maybe the heat was to high.I don't know. I'm a garlic lover!! I need to know how to saute garlic!! Any help would be appreciated!!

I am on a low fat,low cholesterol, low sodium diet and need some new ideas on main dishes and desserts that I can have. I am limited on the amount of saturated fat and cholesterol I can have, and have discovered that many recipies are either low fat or low cholesterol, not both. HELP!
