Yes. Yum. Why not?
I make a sort of tuna a la king by starting with a basic white sauce (we had to learn that in home economics class in jr. high): 2 Tablespoons butter melted in a pan, mix in well 2 Tablespoons flour, then add between 1 - 2 cups liquid (can be water but soup stock -- even a bouillon cube in water -- or milk is better). Cook over low heat until it thickens. Add one can tuna (with juice), (frozen or canned) peas...and season to taste. I separately sautee chopped onions and mushrooms and add them just before the tuna mixture is done. You can serve this over anything -- rice, noodles, toast -- or just eat it alone.
I always keep onions, garlic, olive oil, pasta and rice and canned tuna in the house -- just in case I run low on groceries.
Bon apetit!

that sounds fine! What kind of tuna? ever heard of tuna casserale, i'm sure you have, but that's what it sounds like you can make: I found this recipe online, some other added processed cheese, but i don't like that idea, i think this one could be better. Cream soup? try mushroom .

actually yeah it is and if you have a pie shell, throw it all together and put in it the oven for a few minutes... make sure to top it off with some cheese for extra flavor. I lived on much less in college.

That would be great and you can even toss in a can of cream of mushroom soup. Whatever gets you through the day works.

sounds like a winner, if you have the fixes for a green salad to go with it.
