Corn on the cob goes great with lobster, and it's really easy to make, just boil and add salt and butter. I think when you're eating something as great as lobster you want to have a side that is simple and doesn't overpower it!

You can have a baked potatoe or some kind of rice. At Red Lobster they give you a choice of potatoe and usually a vegetable.
