Easy.
Melt 3tbsp unsalted butter in a pan over low heat. Add 3tbsp white flour. Cook for about two minutes. In french cooking, that is called a "roux". Add 2 cups whole milk, some white pepper, and nutmeg. Slowly bring to boil. Let simmer stirring for 2-3 minute. Add 1/4-1/2 cup parmesan and cook 2-3 minutes.
Serve over some fettucini pasta with grilled chicken breast and vegetables.

It's very easy...
Slice up the chicken thin, and crush several cloves of garlic. Sprinkle with pepper (preferably white.) Saute' in olive oil and a pat of butter till done.
Make the alfredo sauce as follows:
Heat a container of half and half till steaming (but not a full boil). Add a little butter for yummy factor. Slowly add grated parmesan cheese until the sauce gains some thickness. (About a 1/2 cup -- maybe more.) Pour this on a lb. of cooked & well-drained fettucine noodles and toss in the chicken & garlic. Let is sit for about a minute to see how well it thickens. While it is still hot, toss with more parmesan cheese until it thickens to desired consistency.
My family loves this recipe -- not so healthy but yummy!

Go to : allrecipes.com
Type in "Alfredo sauce"
They have a few recipes of it but all basically similar containing cream, egg yolk, garlic, butter & cheeses... serve it over a chicken breast on any pasta style you desire.
I made three recipes from there to taste test and saved the one I liked the best. Be sure to make this the day before and test it out. Then combine the recipes you just made to make one sauce to serve him so you will have no leftovers !! : )

Grill the chicken, cut and set aside.
simmer buttermilk 2 cups, fresh garlic 1 tsp, salt and pepper dash each, once it simmers down to a bit thicker, add about 1/2 to 1 cup (depending on how thick you want it) of grated fresh parmesan cheese. toss immediately with fettucine (completely drained, no water!) and top with grilled chicken.
