My sister and her husband are Nebraska cattle farmers. They corn feed their beef, and once a year we buy one from them and have it butchered for our freezer. MEDIUM RARE ALL THE WAY BABY! There is no mad cow disease at their farm! It's the best beef in the world!
When I see some one order a fillet, or a rib eye well done I almost faint! You might as well order a pot roast.

Medium rare is how I always order my steak, it's the best, warm, juicy and still pink in the middle :drool:

ps....applebees so does not cook their steak right! I work there! i always order rare cause its always over cooked! =P

Yucky I don't like to see any blood in my meat. I like mine well done or at the very least med well but to each is own
