A long time ago when I used to go to Middle school, in the cafateria they would serve a spagetti bake that was so delicious. I had melted american or cheddar cheese melted on top. I believe the base was tomato soup and ground beef. Im not sure. Does anyone have a recipe for this or something similar

This is driving me mad because I am a good cook but have tried loads of ways to season the good old British Banger all without success.

I have a recipe for whoopie pie filling that calls for 2 whipped raw egg whites. I am making them for a group of people and don't want to be the cause of making people sick! Does anyone know if this is safe?? Ingredients are: egg whites, vanilla, flour, milk, 10 x sugar & vegetable shortening. Thanks!
