I'm looking for a recipe for a peanut butter fudge that I recently had that was just awesome! It held together like a champ and had just a wee bit of "skin" when you bite into it, then was so creamy that it just melted in your mouth. I thought my tongue was gonna run away with it! I bought a piece at a convenience store and they would not only not tell me the recipe, but wouldn't tell me who made it, either. It had no label of any kind so am assuming it is made by someone that works there.

Anyone have any ideas?

I see them in recipes and I don't know what they are talking about. Is there another name they go by, cuz I can't find them in the grocery store by that name.

I have this:
1. frozen veggie mix: broccoli, cauliflower, carrots
2. cube steak
3. soy sauce

What else do I need to make a stir fry? And can anyone give me simple directions because I tend to overcook stuff. Also, this will be the first time I'm cooking for my mother-in-law and I don't want to screw it up since she's a self-proclaimed cooking pro. Thanks

I made a marinade last night from the back of the seasoning bottle and it says to grill. I can't light my grill nor do I feel like standing outside today, I was really hoping to bake it. Can I do that? Could I just stick it in a pan and let it cook in the oven? If so, what temperature/how long? Should I toss the exess marinade in the pan with it or should I put just the chicken breasts in there? I don't know what compelled me to go and buy a pack of raw chicken but now I've gone and done it and I would like to be able to cook chicken for myself. The only way I'm used to cooking it is in a frying pan for like a stir fry. So please help me!
