1. Pork chops work best but if you have a roast you can cut it unto 1 in slices....

2 Peel up enough potatoes to feed the number of people you have and cut into about 1in. cubes....do the same with an onion.

3. Make several large pouches out of tin foil. Fold the edges several times to make so juices won't run out.

4. Place potaoes and onions (you can add baby carrots also) in the bottom of each pouch. Place 3 of the chops on top.

5. Pour about half a can of beer into each pouch and close the top. Place on the grill on med to med-high-heat. Any beer will work but Old Milwakee light seems to have the best flavor when cooked. (This beer tastes like crap just drinking it but it has the best flavor after cooking with it...)

Allow to cook until pork is done....never let the liquid dry out...you will have to check periodically and add beer as necessary. When the meat is done open pouch divy the goods, and serve.

This takes a little babysitting but the results are very very good.

It depends on the cut of meat. If it's shoulder, I like to just throw it on the grill with a little seasoning. If it's a boneless chop I really like to stuff them with an apple mixture (apples, dijon mustard, dash of soy, dash of worscheshire, pinch of brown sugar, a little this, a little that. the chops have to be thick, cut a slit down the middle to make a pocket, stuff 'em, seer 'em, throw in the oven for about 15-20 min @ 350) You really can't screw pork up unless you cook it too long and it becomes tough. Be creative, almost anything tastes good with pork. Have fun.

My favorite food. Season with Garlic, Oregano, Salt and Pepper, and oil to make a paste, make some cuts in the meat and put some of the seasoning, and the rest on top of the pork meat, refrigerated for few hours, bake in a shallow pan at 350 deg. 22 to 26 minutes per pound of meat. Serve with yellow rice, or bake red potatoes with parsley, or in anyway you like. You can use the same season for other type of meats and fish. Enjoy

1/2 cup flour
2 teaspoons paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds boneless pork chops
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery
4 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cups milk
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons lemon juice
PREPARATION:
In a pie plate or wide, shallow bowl, combine 1/4 cup flour, paprika, salt and pepper. Lightly dredge chops in flour mixture. In a heavy skillet, melt butter or margarine over medium heat. Brown chops on both sides; transfer to a shallow baking dish. In the same skillet, sauté chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, and chopped celery until onion is tender; add mushrooms and continue cooking until onion lightly browns; add remaining 1/4 cup of flour, blending in well. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened. Taste and season to taste; add lemon juice. Pour sauce over chops in baking pan. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Serves 4 to 6.

All time easiest I know is using a crock-pot...
Medium bottle of favorite barbecue sauce and large chunk or 1" thick strips of pork (trim excess fat, but not all) on low for several hours until fork tender
If BBQ isn't your thing, use water with salt, pepper, garlic, onion and sage to taste... can thicken broth with corn starch or flour when cooked to make a savory gravy

Pork Roast is excellent cooked like a beef pot roast with potatoes, carrots, onions. Pork Loin is great grilled or battered and fried like chicken. Pork Tenderloin is great marinated and grilled or roasted.

This will sound weird, but just simmer it in milk until it's cooked through. Yummy.
