eggs, noodles, baked beans, fried rice with frozedn veggies are all 10-15 min preparation. to reduce the overall time of cooking u can try the following when u have time to spare.
1. make ginger, green chilly and garlic paste and store in ur fridge
2. use frozen pre cut veggies, corn etc
3. keep 3-5 boiled potatoes ready in the fridge
4. cut onions and store in the fridge for fututre use.
5. use canned tomatoes or ready made tomatao puree for cooking
6. keep a variety of boiled pulses stored in the fridge
these simple steps will decrease ur cooking time dramatically.
also i've found that most rice dishes are easy and quick to prepare and they make good "one meal dishes" and fill u up too.
all the best!

English muffin pizzas. Just buy a pack or 2 of english muffins, some pizza sauce, cheese, and any toppings you would like. I usually get pepperoni and sun dried tomatoes. Put them in the oven on like 375 degrees for 10 minutes or so (or until cheese is melted) and you're good to go.
Make a ton so you can freeze the leftovers and they make good snacks for when you don't feel like cooking anything.
Oh, make sure to use whole wheat english muffins so you can get fiber.

Here's a fun idea for a pizza that looks like a squashed hedgehog!
It's really easy to make, and lots of fun too.
Place an ordinary pizza base onto a baking tray and cut all the sides off, like this.
Don't throw the offcuts away - you'll need them soon to make the hedgehog's legs!
Now you can add whichever pizza toppings you like.
In the studio, Stephen used a tomato base and then added mushrooms and cheese. But it's really up to you - use your favourites!
Make legs by cutting down the offcuts of pizza base, and place them on the baking tray too.
For eyeballs, use two slices of boiled egg...
...and then slice an olive to make the pupils for the eyes.
Add another olive for a nose...
...then bake!
The Splat Pizza goes into the oven on gas mark 7 (240 degrees celsius) for 10 minutes.
Once it has cooked, transfer it to a plate and put the legs in position.
Then enjoy - mmm, delicious!

I think you can do this in 20 minutes- Cook boneless skinless chicken breasts in a skillet with a little oil about 4 minutes per side on medium heat. Add one chopped onion, cook briefly and add 1 cup of chicken broth. Cook about 3 minutes then add one jar of spaghetti sauce. Turn heat to low, cover and let simmer until chicken is done, approximately 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook some spaghetti following directions on the box. Drain the pasta and serve the chicken and sauce over the pasta.
