Do a quick soak. Cook the beans till the water starts to boil. Then turn off and let it set for about one hour. Then cook. I have done it and it works.

u can opt for canned beans if unavailable u can soak the beans for 1-2 hrs. more if u have the time and then pressure cook with a 2 pinches of soda bi carb. let the beans cook for a little extra time than u usually do. soda bi carb will make the beans soft and edible.
all the best!

You don't have to soak beans overnight. It just takes a little longer for them to cook if you don't soak them.

I learnt through the culinary institute that soaking doesn't do much for beans except shorten cooking time very minimally therefore, all you have to do is cook them a little longer, ever since I learnt this I haven't soaked beans since!

just soak for any time length that u have. but this only works if ur method of cooking requires boiling. Just boil the beans for double the time.

Use beans from a tin, just drain and rinse them really well to get rid of excess sodium.

You can put them a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil, simmer for one hour. After cooling some, drain the water and cook as you normally would.
