I made a marinade last night from the back of the seasoning bottle and it says to grill. I can't light my grill nor do I feel like standing outside today, I was really hoping to bake it. Can I do that? Could I just stick it in a pan and let it cook in the oven? If so, what temperature/how long? Should I toss the exess marinade in the pan with it or should I put just the chicken breasts in there? I don't know what compelled me to go and buy a pack of raw chicken but now I've gone and done it and I would like to be able to cook chicken for myself. The only way I'm used to cooking it is in a frying pan for like a stir fry. So please help me!

You can cook it in the oven. Just bake it in a baking pan. Check on line for the time for the amount of chicken you have. You can use the extra marinade to keep the chicken moist. Place foil over top of your pan so the chicken does not dry out too much! Enjoy! Let me know how it turns out!

Hi, Sofia,...if these are just breasts, they won't take long,...even if you didn't pound them flat. Preheat to 350. line the pan w/foil, and spray w/ nonstick stuff (EZ cleanup). Spread them bad boys out in the pan; if you like, a small (!) amount of the leftover marinade can be poured over each piece. Slide it in, leave 'em in there for 15 minutes. TURN, and bake for about 10 min. more ( maybe less...you'll be able to tell when you stick a fork in 'em to turn). Enjoy.
