i often make pizza on a non stick pan at home. it allows me to make the crust just crisp enough according to my taste. here's how

lightly roast ready made crusts in the non stick pan or tawa until they turn golden brown. (one side or either side as per ur liking)

remove the crust from the pan and spread pizza sauce over the crust (ragu is the best) or u can make it at home. top it with ur choice of ingredients: onions, capsicums, tomatoes, paneer, chicken, pepperoni, sweet corn, baked beans, sausages are some common toppings. grate mozzarella cheese on top and put the crust in the non stick pan again. cover the pan with a lid and cook on extremely low heat until the cheese begins to melt. keep checking often so that u dont burn the crust.

serve hot and relish !

:)

i usually buy pre-made dough as homemade can take awhile to get just right. then use alfredo sauce instead of marinara. for toppings, i like chicken, tomato and basil or carrots, broccoli and feta. i had a baked spaghetti pizza once that was awesome. but it takes a long time as you have to bake the spaghetti a little bit first.
the oven is your best bet for pizza's. you could use a toaster oven i suppose, but it wouldn't come out very good. you could make personal sized pizzas on like a bagel or something a nuke them in the microwave.
