Start thinking along these lines, when buying groceries, or preparing meals.
Breakast: Fruit, Oatmeal, Bran, Whole Wheat, Boiled Eggs, Plain Yogurt with Granola
Lunch: Salads, Soups, 1/2 Sandwich, Pasta (Whole Wheat)
Plain Yogurt with Granola, Avocado/Gaucamolie.... (spelling?)
Dinner: Cous Cous, Brown Rice, Steamed Vegetables, Stir Fry Vegetables, Grilled Chicken or Grilled Fish, Sushi,
Snacks/Desserts:
Grapes, Granola, Pretzels, Raisins, Fruits with Fruit Dip (optional), Plain Yogurt with Granola, Nuts or Trail Mix, Carrot Cake (organically made), Seasme Sticks, Dates, Prunes, Frozen Yogurt.
Also have a "No" List; like :
NO FAST FOOD
NO FRIED FOODS
NO EATING BEFORE BED TIME

hi here are some really good recipes
1)Take any fish fillet,Mix chopped garlic,paprika,black pepper,lemon juice in a bowl and now apply this mix to the fish.Let it marinade for 15mins.Now take a pan heat olive oil in it and place the fish fillets in the pan.
Take them out when they turn a little crisp.
Cooking time 20mins
2)Take some chicken and shred it.Now in a pan heat some olive oil and put in onions and garlic.Now put paprika,salt,pepper and saute now put in the shredded chicken and saute till a little crisp and brown.Now take off the stove and mix in low fat yoghurt about 1/2 cup.Add in some hot sauce and parmesan if you want and enjoy.

my husband loves these. Toasted Tomato Sandwiches. Just like it sounds. Toasted bread, with low fat mayo, cut up tomatos, and seasoned to taste salt and pepper, slap it together and it's sooo good after a jog in the morning

i eat a lot fitness cereal bars and i love them all...and i also eat corn flakes so try some..:)
