I ran across a great deal on 100# of frog legs and don't want to pass it up.

I'm glad your not my chef. What else do you substitute?
No ...do not substitute frog legs unless you are honest about what you are serving.

Frogs legs are great , the problem that no matter what you do to them they still look and taste like frogs legs. Frat guys are by no means known for their sophisticated tastes in food and you may get a very physically negative response if you bought and served them.
So the answer is no don't buy them -sorry

Absolutely! Just don't tell them it is frog. Pass them of as some sort of buffalo wing type meal.

Batter them then fry
or
toss them with a honey teriyake (sorry for spelling)sauce and bake

i love frog legs... but if i ordered chicken and you served frog legs... i would send it back!
chicken is chicken and although frog may taste like chicken... it is not chicken.

Best way to cook them is fry em up in a pan with hot oil. Watch out because they jump as they cook. Seriously they do.
