This is driving me mad because I am a good cook but have tried loads of ways to season the good old British Banger all without success.
I much prefer to grill them,but however I cook them there is never any taste other than pork taste,any suggestions will be terrific

Hi my friend
I wanna tell you nice Persian food and I hope you like it.
The quantity its up to you

Sausage Bandary:
Slice sausages 200gr
Cook potatoes (not completely cook) 100gr
Chopped onions 2
Tomatoes puree 3tbsp
Paprika 1tbsp
Salt
Oil
Instructions:

Fry onions until start changing the colour after that add sausages and cook for 5min.
Add the potatoes, paprika, salt and tomatoes puree cook more 3min.
Your food is ready Enjoy!!
It's lovely and yamiii!!

*And if u want to make a sausage i usually put some chopped sage with chopeed onion.(for example for sausage roll)

The whole point about the Bristish Banger is that it SHOULD taste of pork! When you use the word "season", I think you mean to ask what condiment to use with them - as they are already seasoned during manufacture. The traditional condiment is brown sauce - HP is popular, even though the brand is now owned by a foreign manufacturer. Another favourite is good old English mustard.
I'm hungry. I'm off to raid the fridge - I hope there are sossies there :- )

Try using Maldon Sea salt, is has a much more savoury taste and brings out the flavour better than table salt. It also does not taste like chemicals as many refined salts do. You use less of it as it has an intense flavour, so also a more healthy option.

country sausage in the states is usually seasoned with sage and red pepper - it is yummy! (but these spices are already mixed in with the sausage meat, but maybe you could just sprinkle on hopefully that would work)

the best trick i have seen m8, is what Morrison's do to their pork sausages in their restaurant, they coat them with honey......i was surprised but cant fault them as they do taste good

okay you ask for it babe
just add this to it.
whiskey and rum,
this will make it stand out so damn good you can't help but eat it over and over again.
make it like you always do but add that to it.
