In particular, I'm looking for a way to make pizza crust from scratch with only basic equipment (i.e. conventional oven, mixer, and necessary ingredients). But you can include ways to make the pizza itself as well.

Please give me a recipe that you know will work. Thanks.

I thought if I buy the best type of pans, I wouldn't have this problem. Am I doing something wrong? Do you have to cook slower?

good large heavy aluminum pots with scorched veggie stew. If it was stainless or ceramic I would just soak with washing soda but that would eat the aluminum, and scouring would scratch it up bad right?

My Mum and aunties (Brits) used to make Donk years ago,,my brothers and I (Aussies) really loved it, I asked all the rellies for the recipe, after my Mum passed away,, but they said there wasnt one it was just learnt from their Mum,,I know it was based on stale bread soaked in water or milk with lots of mixed friut and dried peel in it but I dont remember much else.
