Yes - its great! Especially on toast made with wholemeal bread and no butter - butter really ruins it!
Still, having read through the answers that you already have I shall be making Marmite and cheese sandwiches for my lunch tomorrow - haven't had those in ages!

Absolutely!! Marmite is great. I can eat it out of the pot with a spoon! (Probably shouldn't have admitted that)
The best sandwich in the world is Marmite and Dairylea! Yum Yum!

i remember when i was a child i sneaked into my grans cupboard looking for sweets and came across a jar of marmite...me being curious tasted it and jesus christ what a nasty nasty taste...yeh you got it in one,i never dared go back in the cupboard again hahahahaha

No it is horrible but my daughter loves it so much I had to take a big jar of it out to Ohio when I visited her in USA last year

Try spreading it with Dairylea or a similar cheese spread. Love it. It is a byproduct of making beer!
