ugh ,how can you eat that ,over here in the uk even our animals wont eat that

I know you may love tender, fried, breaded chicken gizzards but they do not get that way without a little work.
First boil your gizzards in seasoned water (salt, pepper, onion powder or any other spices you like) until they are tender and moist. Let them cool completely. Flour them and then drop them in a fryer of hot oil and fry until lightly brown. Drain on paper towels and E-N-J-O-Y!

Prwepare an egg wash. Eggs and a little milk. Season the gizzards with salt and pepper. Add a little cayanne pepper for zip. Dredge in the wash and coat with flour. drop in Hot oil and fry til crispy
