The most natural and healthy diet for humans is an omnivorous diet, and not a plant based diet, or a meat-based diet per se. The Paleo Diet can be very widely varied and omnivorous for the most part, but the most important thing is that it’s unprocessed, and avoids the worst foods that agriculture brought mankind… refined inflammatory vegetable oils, refined grains (some are worse than others), and sugar! As you can see, the benefits of adopting a Paleo way of eating can be incredible! I’ve been eating 95% Paleo for the last 5-6 years and I’ve never felt better. I have dozens of friends that have adopted a more Paleo way of eating too, and have seen all sorts of health problems disappear, including eliminating acne and other skin problems, digestion problems, improving brain clarity, and of course, losing a lot of body fat!

Carribean chicken-I have some in the oven right now!
sprinkle cubed chicken breast with carribean seasoning( chilli, ginger, cumin, pinch cinnamon, pepper) in ovenproof dish. Add 1 red onion & 1 orange or yellow pepper in nice chunks. Open a small tin of pineapple in juice, drain juice into a jug & mix with 1 tablespoon tomato puree & 1 teaspoon cornflour. You can add tomatoes if you like them. Add as much pineapple as you like & pour over the liquid. cover with foil or lid, bake for 1 hour at 180/gas 5. If there's too much liquid, remove lid & return to oven for a few minutes. Serve with rice. It rocks!
Also this pea dish is really nice:
finely chop an onion & cut 1 or 2 rashers of bacon into thin strips.
stir fry in a little oil for a few minutes until starting to crisp, then throw in a few handfuls of peas-if they are frozen you may like to defrost them first. Easy! oh and do add black pepper.
bon appetit

Buy a loaf of artisan bread from your local supermarket (a foccacia or olive oil flavored loaf works well). Slice it in half, and spread one side with a store-bought honey mustard. Top with brown sugar/maple ham, smoked gouda, and thinly sliced green apple. Top with the other half of the loaf and slice into serving-sized pieces. Have it with sweet potato chips (preferably organic) and have store-bought angel food cake with blueberry sauce for desert (angel food cake should be naturally fat-free)! YUM!!!! This meal is balanced and delicious.

Hi
Can you tell me who it is for?
Children? Adults?

For your breakfast wholemeal bread, toast, and lots of pure fruit juices. No tea or coffee.

For lunch what about a salad and fruit.

I would advise you to eat lots of pasta meals, stir fries are great as you can add what ever you like to them, Chicken, vegetables, rice. For your main meal.
Or even fish is great for you.

Kids love this too.

Good luck.

Take your favorite recipe, cut the butter/oil in half. You won't miss it. Add more veggies, steamed. Cut back on eggs. Eat pasta with red sauce. Cut your portion sizes. Use olive oil, it's a better fat. Go with reduced fat cream cheese. Not any of that non-fat crap, that's nasty. Heck, everyone's gotta have some fat in their diet! And stay away from cookies and ice cream! :)
