I know that the meat industry has had laws enacted that practically everything on an animal can be used for human consumption, but yet when I search for exactly what parts of an animal go into a hot dog from this major manufacturer I can't find an answer.

What are your recommendations for a cookbook with quick & easy recipes? I really like the Quick & Easy South Beach diet cookbook. The recipes take about 30 minutes and don't have a huge number of ingredients, and the ingredients are not expensive. I got the low-carb Rachel Ray 30-minute recipe cookbook, but I didn't like it much for some reason (although I love her show). To me, the more basic the recipe, the better. Any ideas? Btw, it doesn't need to be south beach or low-carb related, but healthy is good.
