My gallon of milk turned sour in 1 day. Thats Alaska for ya. ITs not gross people!!!! It will not make you sick, Im wondering if it can turn smooth and be delicate in the pudding.

I think if you did , you may not like it . But try this , it does taste good.....

Sour Milk Pie

1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
3 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg, beaten
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Stir in baking soda into milk and dissolve completely. This makes the milk sour.

In a bowl using an electric mixer on medium speed, combine sugar, flour, and 3 cups sour milk. Add to the mixture beaten egg and nutmeg.

Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until the center is set.

Makes 8 servings.

Some people do. I guess it depends on how tolerant your body is to milk. If sour milk makes you sick, don't.
