Beef, Ginger and Spring onion with fluffy boiled rice.
1. Marinate thin strips of beef in chopped ginger, soy sauce and a splash of vodka (or rice wine)
2. Stir fry the beef after 30 mins in fridge,
3. Sliced fresh ginger,
fried in teaspoon of sesame oil, 30 secs and then add quick
fried meat.
Remove and drain meat.
4. Fry some big chopped onions
add gravy (1/2pint chicken stock, 1/4pint ginger wine, splash
soy sauce) thicken with corn flour/water mix as per normal
chinese recipes.
5. Return meat, bring mixture to boil. Turn off heat, and add
some 1/3 sliced spring onions, steam for 5 mins with a lid on.

Serve it and be happy.

For a sweet tooth fix:
Depends on how munched up you are.
A good one (based on an Elvis recipe) is to make a Peanut butter and raspberry jam sandwich and shallow fry it, in real butter, till crispy both sides. Served with a glass of full cream milk. Mmmmmmmmmm....

Elvis did it with Peanut butter and banana i think.

If you got an ulcer it creates a bit of heartburn, so extra double cream milk for you!!!
