I have a recipe that calls for Bleu cheese, but my mother doesn't like Bleu cheese. Do you know another cheese that would have the same impact? What I'm making is burgers. It has all these spices and onions in the meat, then you wrap it around the cheese and then grill it. The you top it with portabella mushrooms and roasted red peppers. So, what other cheese would go?

I went on a cruise a few years ago and experimented with new foods every night. One thing I loved was the cold soups. They were usually fruit based and so delicious. Any recipies?

My grandmother passed away recently (July 5 this year), and I heard she entered this contest and made it into one of the cookbooks. I would like to know if and where I can find out if and how she placed in the contest and IF POSSIBLE I would REALLY LIKE to get a copy of the recipe that she entered.
