You can, but you will not get the height that a tube pan gives...

The middle may not rise. Angel food cake is so light that it can't support its own weight until it's had time to cool and set. It gets a lot of its lift by "climbing" up the pan. Without the tube in the middle, you're likely to have a dense center.
The suggestion made about making it in cupcake pans would probably work, though.

Make sure that there is no fat or grease on the pan. If there is any, the cake will not rise. It is because angel food cake is mostly egg white that are whipped into stiff peaks.

I have used 2 bread loaf pans. Cool cake turn upside down on a rack.

yes, might have to use two pans or even a 9x13 pan, will probably bake in 20 minutes, same temp., after 20 stick a knife or toothpick in the center of ur pan and see if it comes out clean if it does its done, or press the center of the cake lightly with ur finger and if it pops/springs back up than ur cake is done, or as the cake (sides) slightly pulls away from the pan its done

you can, but it'll come out a lot more dense than a normal angel food cake. Try spliting it into 2 regular pans, it'll be lighter than pouring it all into one. Either way, it'll still taste great!

I don't see why not. I see miniature angel food cakes in the grocery store and at U-pick berry farms. Try muffin tins instead.
