When recipes (bread, muffins, cakes, brownies) call for grated zucchini, are you supposed to grate w/the skin on, seeds and all?

When I make zucchini bread, I leave on the skins...I just put the whole thing thru my food processor and grate away. It's no problem at all.

Usually I just hull the seeds from it, and then grate it, skin and all. Makes great zucchini bread!

I'd drop the seeds. The skins might affect the color presentation.

No, use as is, just grate it and mix it in, or follow the directions for preparation.
