If you add some good bacon and a little mayonnaise on top you'll have Pikey Eggs Benedict. It's actually quite good. Proper Eggs Benedict uses hollandaise instead of mayo and usually some kind of premium ham or Canadian bacon. It's good with a slice of tomato on the bottom as well.

If you put it on a crumpet with a round bit of bacon and pour some hollandaise sauce over it, it'd be "Eggs Benedict". (Technically it supposed to a poached eggs and a muffin, but it'd taste the same!)

yeh it tastes good!!
also try poaching eggs!!! with a little bit of pepper on brown toast!!! mm sooo nice!
