Did the recipe work out ok? I guess you'll find out when it sets or not!
Try to get hold of some Huckleberries if you can; they are annuals so save seeds for the next year. They're purple so make great jam and the best red wine wou'll ever make. Use 4 - lb of fruit per gallon.
