Try this web site -- as the name suggests, London Broil is typically broiled (i.e. in your oven, under the broiler), but pretty much anything that can be BBQ'd can be broiled -- a broiler is essentially an upside-down BBQ.

Wrap it in foil and broil it in your oven, I think that it takes something like 45 minutes for 3 lbs. of meat. but you want to make sure it is just a little pink in the middle.

mix 1/4 cup worchestershire sauce, 1/4 c. soy sauce, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1/4 cup diced onion, 1/4 t. thyme, salt and pepper. place london broil in marinade for 1-2 hours. heat oven broiler, place london broil in, 4-5 min. per side for med. rare. slice thinly and top with sauteed mushrooms and onions.
