i was going to buy filet mignon but i'm having a bunch of people over. i'll go broker buying enough for everyone. can anyone recommend other cuts of beef that are tender and good for grilling?

I use head country bbq and hickory or pecan wood off of my property. (They're great) I'm just wondering if anyone has any new ideas or suggestions. I do them them the same ol way everytime..

ok im not picky at all, the truth is i don't really cook that often i was thinking of cooking dinner for someone and I want to make them something that tastes good to show them how much i appreciate their friendship. (this is not a romantic thing) but what could i make that is easy tastes good and interesting and will look like i put a lot of work into it.

for some reason, when I melt the caramel and mix it with the popcorn, the caramel doesnt dry up for some reason, am I supposed to put the popcorn in the oven to dry up?
