On chops that this I like to use Shake and Bake or some other coating to keep in the juices. 30 minutes at 350 is long enough. Do not make your chops dry and tough by over cooking
There is the Old Wives Tale about Tricinosis from eating under cooked pork. Wellllllll the last reported case in the US was in 1904 ! I do not worry too much about that now.
It takes a long time for people to change their views.

Get yourself an insertion meat thermometer since not all ovens and cook tops actually cook at the temperature that you set. A thermometer is perfect. Cook them until the temperature is at least 160 internally. Pink is now ok with pork.

about 4 to 5 min per side at 400% make sure oven is hot to start
