if there is nobody to take care of u and ur shape, try to do that by urself. Avoid mcdonalds or other fast food (i live in europe) and its not that popular (thanx god, if not i would be fat). If u have enough money, try to go out for dinner and lunch, if not, go there twice a week, at home eat lots of fruits and u can buy already cooked food, like soups or meat... i hate cooking :)))) Thats why i go and buy already cooked food, instead og hopping ar mcdonalds or otehr places that grose (i am very sorry of those who love that)

It would depend on how good of a cook you are... just starting, pasta and frozen pizza may be in order.
More advanced try adding some chopped Kalamata olives, pignoli (pine nuts), chopped tomatoes, some finely chopped onion, a couple of splashes of EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) and feta cheese to some just cooked pasta and enjoy. The leftovers make a great pasta salad side dish.
Expert... make your own ravioli or tortelloni!

things that are easy to make that dont use alot of dishes, cause most single men dont like to cook much less wash dishes, not saying you are one of them. things like frozen foods that can be thrown in the microwave or things like frozen pizza that can be thrown in the oven, lots of sandwich stuff, get like different kinds of cheese, and meats mayonaise, mustard some guys like peppers. have some chips in the house, cereal and milk, juices, buy some of that already made patatoe salads and macaroni salads near the deli's just to have as a side dish for your sandwiches or dinners. a huge tub of iceream it will last for a while. fruite, vegitables like celery tomatoes onions. ground beef for whenever you feel like making tacos bouritos or hamburgers, bread for sandwiches, buns for hamburgers and hot hot dogs. make sure you have the basics like butter, salt, pepper, tapatio, tabasco, stuff like that. that is all i can think of right now.

If he doesn't like to cook, go with microwave dinners and frozen pizzas. If he does like to cook buy the types of food he likes as well as snacks--steak, chicken, potatoes, fish, macaroni, fruits, veggies, cereal, milk, juice, beer, Twinkies, chips, etc.

OK............. lol. Can you cook? Start out slow. I'm not kidding. Boil eggs, make macaroni and cheese. Practice. No one is any good (girl or boy). Over time you will see what you can do and what you will buy already cooked. LOL Don't worry it all works out in the end.

Try buying some pasta and a jar of sauce. They make some really great sauces in jars these days. Buy some bakery bread and it's a meal.

depends on how often you like to cook. Most guys I know don't like to cook very often, so consider how often you feel like cooking during the week. If you don't like to cook a lot, go for simple foods like canned soups, stews, frozen meals, lunch meat, sandwich spreads, etc.
