You Guys, I made it!! I decided to take the risk, and try to make the flan in the microwave, It turn out horrible, I think that instead of creating a flan, it turn out to be a FLANkenstein!!! it's flan with bubbles, but it cooked all corners and center, I tried the knife for flavor and was ok, I will try it tomorrow and will let you all know, thank all of you for the advices.

Good night!!!

Good for you for experimenting !! Did you try putting the container (s) of Flan in a water bath before putting it in the microwave? Might help with more even cooking. Flan is simply a basic custard and if you continue to experiment with different ideas and methods with the microwave I bet you will be successful. Good for you experimenting and being creative !

I've tried a couple of times,it just doesn't have the same flavor or texture. If you are a true lover of flan you probably won't like it.

Not recommended to use microwaves as the center will pop out first and the result is very dismaying!

Don't bother. It can't be done. I'm from Puerto Rico, and I should know. I'll send you a recipe some time.
