The recipes look identical, once you consider that there is flexibility in the ingredients. I know gumbo has file, but both can and do have okra which performs the same function.

Does anyone (preferably from South America) know about the legend of Moonshine. I know it takes skill, time and certain equipment to make but I've been drinking it at my local country and western camp sight every summer and am wondering if there is a simpler, more modern way to make MOONSHINE??
