Turkey bacon is turkey meat that has been ground, given smoke flavoring, pressed and sliced to look like pork bacon.

Other binders and fillers are added to keep it together.

It's bacon.... made of turkey... and not quite as good tasting as pork bacon... theres now duck bacon too!

It is the same part like that of a pig, where they get the bacon from. It is a healthy, and less calorie rich product!
