Hashbrown Casserole
Yield: 8 Servings

Ingredients

1/4 c butter; melted
1 cn cream of chicken soup
3 c shredded cheddar cheese;
-divided
8 oz sour cream
1 salt and pepper; to taste
2 lb hashed brown potatoes; cubes
2 c corn flakes; crushed
1/2 c butter

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together melted butter with soup, 2 cups cheese, sour
cream and salt and pepper, if desired. Add potatoes and stir until well
combined. Spoon mixture into 9 x 13" pan. Top with flakes and then
remaining 1 cup of cheese. Cut butter into thin slices and arrange on top
of casserole, covering as much as you can. Bake at 350 for 50 min.

1 1 lb pkg of hash browns, shredded kind
1 can cream soup (I use chix or mushroom or cheese soup)
1/2 soup can of milk
1 medium onion chopped and one green pepper finely chopped
8 oz sour cream
8 oz pkg shredded cheddar
Combine all but the cheese, put in a 9 x 13 greased baker, and cover with the cheese. 350 degrees about 1/2 hr or so.

ME! ME! PICK ME! I KNOW!
First, preheat your oven to 350.
in a cooking pan, put a thin layer of crushed RITZ crackers.
Top it with a layer of hashbrowns.
If desired, add 3 pinches of salt n' pepper. (In different spots)
On top of that, put a thin layer of taco cheese\string cheese.
Also if desired, add a pinch or a teaspoon of garlic powder. (Spread around)
Over that put some more hashbrown. (Put it on 'til your at the top of the pan)
Next, another thin layer of crushed RITZ crackers.
Cook in oven at the pre-heat #.
cook 'til crispy brown.
(Or for 1 hour.)
