It is served at Mexican Restaurants-It has finely chopped tomatoes,onions,jalapenos,and Im not sure what else all mixed together in a small bowl served on the side with your meal.

I need the ingredients and measuring for fresh cucumbers and onions, that the ingredients might just be vinegar,water,sugar and salt, that the cucumbers and onions are sliced and soaked in this mixture then served. Is there someone that might know this recipe and share it with me?

I have made artichoke once, I cut it into quarters and baked in the oven with breadcrumbs and olive oil. Does anyone have a better way.

I have tried and tired to make this to taste like what you get in Mexican places. I have used several recipes from the internet but nothing tastes like the queso at any restaurant we go to. Please don't waste my time with answers if you truly do not know.

I know its a weird question, but I can never get pork chops to do just right when I fry them.

I only use very little oil and I flour them good, what am I doing wrong?

I was going to cook them tonight and just didn't want to ruin another batch.
