I just bought some chipotles, cuz I love chillies and never tried them. Any suggestions on ways to use them??

I use them on most everything... they give food a great smoky flavor with a bit of a kick that is not overpowering. My favorite use for chipotles is in chicken quesadillas, but their use is endless.
I like them fresh but I also buy them in adobo sauce and use the sauce to flavor food like chili or as a barbecue sauce or marinade.
They have been my favorite ingredient in my recipes for years and now I'm upset that everyone has begun to discover this secret.

Make smoked turkey chimichangas. They are amazing. You can find recipe online.

on anything that needs a little spice, I like them on sandwhiches, nachos... and many other things.
