Does anyone know a good microwavable recipe?

I found one that calls for

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chocolate chips

but when it came out, it tasted really floury.

I have followed a recipe I took from the internet, but the rice does not stay together when unmolded. Is there a special technique to use or a special type of rice?

I was just wondering what kind of strange foods are out there. In our house we would make and eat a cheese, Crackers, pickels, and mustured treat to eat. We also would put Hot Chocolate Powder on our Ice Cream. I have heard of some strange foods like a peanut butter and pickel sandwich.

I've made purple pizza and green brownies before with food coloring and I've drank chocolate milk with mangos and cinnamon, which tasted gross. The pizza and brownies tasted normal. Please post of some strange food you ate and that you, as well, cooked/baked/made.

I have some large pork ribs and want to BBQ them over a charcoal grill.

I was told that boiling them for 10 or so minutes before grilling them will make them a little more tender and cut cook time down a bit... if this true?

Other than that I need tips of how to BBQ the best ribs ever ;)

My sister's bday is coming up and she wants an orange cake with orange frosting. I am using food coloring to change a white cake/frosting to that color. Will the food coloring cause a change in flavor? If so, what can I use to cover up that taste? Would vanilla work?

My Mother, Aunt, and I are peacefully arguing that re-fried beans are fried twice. I believe the soaked beans are boiled first for about an hour or until tender, drained, and then put in a skillet with hot oil and "smashed" and seasoned until the beans are partially smooth, and very tasty. I've made them this way several times, but now I'm being challenged that they have to fried twice! It may be silly, but it will drive me crazy until I find out for sure!

I'm entertaining and the guest of honor has requested grilled chicken breasts with home made alfredo over angel hair pasta. What's a good appetizer and side veggie? I was thinking a Caprese salad (fresh mozzerlla, basil, tomato) served with crustini and maybe a steamed asparagus (with what sauce? just butter?). Also, I was going to serve a light white wine, or maybe a Spanish sparkling wine. Am I on the right track?

I purchased some wonderful muffins that listed the following ingredients:
bran, water, white grape, whole wheat flour, apples, cranberries, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
NO EGGs, NO SUGARs and NO FATs (I do use sugar substitutes sometimes.)

They are sooooo good but expensive.

I'm not sure the amounts of ingredients nor where I would get "white grape" to add to a recipe. Would you mash them? skin them?

I need some help here!!!
