This is simple. Find a wrap you like, any flavor will do. Use about .25 pounds of turkey. Deli or real is fine. Take 2 parts mayonnaise and one part sambal (available in the Asian section of most grocery stores) and mix. Spread about 1-2 T onto the meat. Add about one ounce of mesclun greens and roll. Simple and delightful.

Either honey-roasted turkey with pepperjack cheese and avocado on wheat bread or beef and sharp cheddar, lettuce, tomato, and Grey Poupon mustard in pita bread. And now I'm hungry for a sandwich at 6:37 a.m. ... thanks a lot! :)
