Look for breads that have "whole grain flour" in the ingredients. They can have up to 6 grams of soluble fiber per slice. Have a Garden or Soy Burger with some added vegies on it between two slices of WG bread, served with apple slices and a glass of tomato or V-8 juice and you've got a fiber bomb in your tummy.

Lots of things. Fruits, dried fruits, any kind of beans and legumes, some nuts & seeds, oatmeal, bran, flax seeds, all kinds of cereals (kashy go lean), wheat, popcorn, romain lettuce, veggies, brown rice.
What doesn't have fiber? Meats, fish, anything protein, oils, flour, sugar, white crackers & bread, candy, pasta, cakes, cookies, chips, any junk foods) dairy, sodas etc. etc.
