please give me some tips of how to talk about it to her and what should i start with keeping that in mind not make her feel akward about the whole thing

I have this idea of having long white drapes hang from the center of the ceiling towards the outer parts of the ceiling in the church when I get married but I cant seem to find a sample picture that I could take to the person who will be decorating my wedding.

My daughters quincenera will be this year. Of four children she is the only girl. I have a song for her to dance with her father but want suggestions on a song for her to dance with her brothers.( A quincenera is like a sweet sixteen.) I would appreciate only serious answers. thanks for your help.

My fiance won a trip tp Puerto Rico this past year. The trip is scheduled for the end of April and we were considering getting married while we are there. I know this would probably upset my family but I really don't want to have a big wedding. In order to have a wedding with my family it would have to be a big one. i kind of want to go get married in Puerto Rico and then just come back home and have a reception. What should I do?

Id love some opinions.
My fiance and I were thinking of having our wedding in Europe, but getting everyone over there might be very hard.
So we are looking for something different, not the typical church and banquet hall wedding.
We'd love to rent a big house somewhere with a lovely garden and have the ceremony in the garden and get a caterer to come and set up some tables and have a nice dinner.
We're also looking to stay in the US, but somewhere nice, since people will have to make a trip out of it.
In September, so hopefully still warm weather.

Any recommendations? know any beautiful spots or nice towns?
open to any ideas....

I got married a couple years ago, I did not want to get married to this guy but I kinda got forced into it. I did not love him, I didnt want to be with him and the marriage only lasted a couple months. We didnt have a big wedding or anything, it was with just some friends so I never wore a dress or anything. I want to get married now, to the love of my life and I want to have a big wedding with everyone and I really really want to wear a white wedding dress. Is this a sin? Why is it such a big deal that you cant wear white if you get married again? Since i never wore my first white wedding dress, can I wear it now? Someone help me with this please. Thanks

It's not that we don't want them it's just that we don't have a house of our own yet, and we are not getting one anytime soon, so we have no place to put all this stuff.

My bills equal to how much I make...I'm living check to check and struggling...I have two kids also and any extra money goes to them. not much but just enought to get them pull ups and a mc donald meal every two weeks...I want a nice wedding but I can't afford it. I was going to get married 7/7/7 at 7pm but my funds are not letting me so I'm picking 9/22/07 to give me more time...Should I push it back further to 08?

My wedding is 6 months away & she's already driving me crazy. Actually this has been going on for a long time. She dishes out critisism & opinions but she cannot take it herself. I told her I''d like the whole family to be involved in the planning of the wedding & now she's taking control. I cannot talk to my fiance about it, & we have a child together. Okay, my wonderful fiance and I got engaged and like most girly girls, I've kicked the planning into overdrive, and I'm needing some suggestions. I know that I want one of our colors to be periwinkle (cross between light blue and light purple) but I don't know what to compliment it with. I have no idea what to do for flowers with this color. And my dress is what I'm scared of most of all. I'm having issues finding a plus size bridal gown that I like. I've started my diet and fitness routine, and know I have time to lose some, but I still don't know what my dress should be. I've gone to all the sites I can think of and still can't decide. HELP

My friend is getting married in April.We've been best friends for 3 years.I'm supposed to be her maid of honor,but I'm not so sure I want to.It took her months to FINALLY decide on me.She flip-flopped between me,her sister,her out-of-state best friend,her older cousin...at one point she even thought about making us all her maid of "honor" because she didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings.Every time she argued with her sister or got mad at her other friend,she'd call me saying that she knew now that I'm a real friend and she has no doubts about choosing me to be her maid of honor.As soon as they made up,she was unsure again. Honestly,I'm not too set on being the MOH.It's not a big deal to me.I've told her that before,but she won't listen.Also she includes the other 3 maids in wedding planning,but hasn't really brought it up with me.We live down the street from each other & she doesn't work,so there are plenty of times we could talk.We just don't really hang out anymore.Should I decline?
