There are so many places! I used eBay a lot, and a company called Jessica's Wedding (www.jessicaswedding.com). You could also do a web search for wedding stuff, or better yet for the specific items you're looking for.

I also had a lot of luck at Michaels and Jo-Anns.

Ebay and theknot.com are good sites. As for stores, Michaels, AC Moore, Walmart, even the dollar stores have some good stuff. Davids Bridal is a good place for dresses especially when you can hit sales!

theknot.com, Michaels or AC Moore, I got my tiara at an Ebay Shop called Cute_Bride for 15 bucks with swarovski crystals, got silk flowers at bridebouquet.com or something like that, search google, you'll find tons of stuff. Got my dress from Mary's Bridal, nice prices and gorgeous dresses.
