is there anyone who has do it and was it fun? we want to try both (mmf&ffm), but we don't know what to try first.

Alright. This is gonna sound crazy. But, Has anyone ever watched Gene Simmons Family Jewels? Him and his "girlfriend"(?) Shannon haven't been married and they've been together for 22 years. I want to do that. I'm engaged however. But, I don't want to repeat another one of my family's (and fiances) mistakes. I'm trying so hard not to be like my family or my fiance and get divorced. (My fiance was married once before. I hate that but I'm slowly getting over it).

One main reason I don't want to get married...I have NOTHING to prove to anyone. It's nothing but a piece of paper. I don't need a ring, a paper or anyone to tell my "partner" that I love him and will always be there for him. Always. Am I insane?

My husband left my daughter and I last summer to return to his hometown which is in another state. I had to save up money to retain a lawyer and finally in February, I found one. The divorce is on the premise of adultery, abandonment, physical and emotional abuse. My lawyer is taking so long with the process--what can I do to speed it up. I can't fire my attorney because that would be $1000 down the drain. Also, child support has not even started. I am ready to be DIVORCED--so that I and my daughter can move on with our lives. I am located in Mississippi and my husband is in Florida.

Please help! What can I say to my lawyer to speed up the process?

I have been married 23 years. My spouse is mentally ill and it has been very difficult. He refuses counselling, psychiatry, he is on medication but he is still miserable. He's very angry and has frequent outbursts. He is back on his pain killers when he went through withdrawal to get off of them. I feel like he'll never change. He hates his job-this is the latest job. I feel terrible but should I go on being miserable too? I'm attracted to someone else but I think it's only because I've been unhappy for so long, and feeling no companionship. My husband just sleeps. We never go out. He never eats with me. He hardly speaks to me. He was better for a while but now he is back to being the same way he has been for so long. I really don't want to live this way any more. I'd rather be alone. We have twins, who are 18 years old now and they know how their father is also. No one would blame me if I left. Any opinions? Would you stay?

with her mother. She flies up here, and he goes there and visits his daughter. I fully support him visiting, and paying to support his child, of course he should.

But I don't like the socializing that goes on when he visits there. I don't go with him, his ex has made it clear that if she ever saw me near her daughter she would make life hell for me.

But they go out for lunches, the three of them, he fixes things in the house like the TV etc.

I know I shouldn't feel this way, but I do have a problem with it, I feel he should go to the house, pick his daughter up & leave. It is nothing to do with me, his ex, I know it is their daughter and I just keep out if it.

I am not obsessed or paranoid, I do trust him, but I don't know what to think.

They split up b/coz he says she had issues and was crazy. But I am woman enough to know that this is only his side of it! She does use the daughter to manipulate him though, his daughter tells me she loves me as her family.

I'm going through a divorce. I have been separated for 8 mths now. My daughter, who is 5, is having a hard time dealing. Her father doesn't want to see her. I'm running out of excuses for him. I have nowhere to go. I am not happy in my marriage, its pretty much over but I am stuck with a house that I cannot sell, if I divorce my husband its going to be terribly hard in a town very far away from my family with noone I can depend on to watch my 2 boys, 5 yrs and 18 months. I tried but I just cannot make it work with him. There's too much anger and hate. I just dont like him & never will. And even if I wanted to move closer to my mom and sisters I would have to sell the house 1st which could take months or years, the market is realy slow now. Moving close to my family has its drawbacks also. I could face criticism & judgement. My family could be really mean ,and make me feel bad. Not my mom but brothers & sisters. I feel stuck noone and nowhere to turn. Should I just rent out the house??

My wife of 7 years claims she doesn't masturbate. I told her she is crazy for me to believe that. People who have done this and been through this, please help me!!! Is my marriage savable??

First I want to say that my whole family is military, so I know about the cheating that husbands (and wives) do when they are deployed. I have never cheated on my husband, I love him way too much. He has been deployed for about 5-6 months. The other day when we got off the phone with each other, he accidentally left his phone on. He was with a group of guys that I do know. I recognized who they were and I do know their wives. I would never tell their wives what I heard!! They were all talking about the girls that they have had sex with since they have been there, including my husband. Some every week, my husband has been with a different girl about once a month!!!! instead of getting married having children and dating and all that i planned to go to college to get three degrees get a good job and hopefully have a house and enough money to travel around the entire world because i feel that getting married datung and having kids will just add extra pain and drama and stress in my life and i dont want to deal with all that

Hello Everyone

I have a ?. I have a 3 yr old child. His father is not involved and does not pay support as well. Long story. He wants to forfeit visitation and make me an offer for a lump sum payment of child support for the next 18 years. Is this possible. We tried to terminating his parental rights, but were advised it was probably not going to work. Understandbly if this happens the system (govt) fears that mothers will go on welfare etc.. But in this case he wants to pay money and get out of the picture. I know the importance of having a dad so I am not trying to keep him away. The dad admits he is unstable and doesnt want the child. It was also a domestic violence issue as well- which is how we wound up in court. Its too long to give the whole history here. But he never wanted me to have this child and left me when I told him I was 2 wks pregnant...Anyways your knowledge on this is greatly appreciated. Have a good weekend.
