What happens if the father moves out of state? What action do they take then? I'm getting child support already, but I just got word (last minuted) that my kids father is moving out of state. He won't say where he is going though. What will happen?? I'm guessing he has a job already lined up.

My daughter's father owes 4+ years in child support, how does that go, if you are overdue like that? Next, i DON"T speak to him because:1) he just got married,(i met the fiance')I do it for respect. 2)I called his home, she picked up the phone and cursed me out, I just called to inform him about his daughter, (I DO NOT have feelings for him, He is 10 years older than me, i'm 27),, which we went 2 court and he did not exercise his opportunity 2 get visitation, etc....I think the wife had something 2 do with that...This is his only child....He takes care of her kids, why would a man do that????? But his mother wants to meet our daughter(her first and only grandchild).........What do I do????PLEASE HELP!!!!

I am 17 weeks pregnant with baby no.2. My husband and I went out to a toughman contest a couple of weeks ago. He kept carrying on about one of the ring girls. How beautiful she was and so on. I dont think it would have bothered me if he would have paid some attention to me. I lost a lot of weight last year and got down smaller than my pre-baby #1 weight. Well I have gotten pregnant again and all the weight has come back and he is very negative about it. I feel horrible when we go places and he rubs in my face how he thinks all these stick woman are hot, while I am just sitting here big and pregnant. There was even one point when he tried to take the girls picture with his cell phone. Am I just being silly?? I dont know what I could do if anything. What would you say if you were in my shoes? Thanks!!

Hi I am looking for a cheap first anniversary present- We are on a tight student budget, but i want to get him something nice. He is very outdoorsy and loves hunting and camping, but he already has everything and more he needs for that. Any suggestions would be great....I've thought of blowing up a black and white photo of our wedding and hanging it above our bed? Would that be a good present for a guy, it almost seems to girly!

I married a British man, ceremony in the UK. I have now left him and am living back in the USA (I am an American citizen). Am I considered married in the US?? Anyway, if I am, can I divorce him from here without returning to the UK?? Are there lawyers here in America that handle divorces abroad??

my husband has a child from a previous relationship and i have ste in and played mommy since she was about 2yrs old now that she is 7 the ex is all concern about the child she tells me to have my own child and it hurts b/c where trying and i feel like my husband doesnt back me enough he lets her run all over him i feel that he still has feelings for her but he says he dont b/c she messed around with his best friend and thats why their not together anymore but he doesnt want to see her hurt so he lets her run all over him b/c thats his childs mother i feel very torn what about my feelings and to me they both use the child against me but she loves me until yesterday she told me she dont want to live with me anymore b/c her grandma dont want her here with me do you think if i leave this suitation alone i could have my own child b/c im just stress i really feel that something is going own i just dont know what!!!!!!!!!!!!

about six months ago my wife and her sister started going out and hanging together. I thought this was great because they never had a good relashionship. Her sister was here from Florida visiting. One night they went out and it started to get pretty late...I called no answer. She finally came home around 3:30 mind you they went out to get something to eat. The next night the same thing. But this time I recieved a phone call from her sisters boyfriend in florida who was also looking for his girl. Well he told me that my wife had been talking to this childhood friend. Ok here's the scoop. I'm divorcing my husband and that's all there is to it. But crap! I don't know how!! I got divorce papers off the internet but what do I do with them? Throw them at him? Do I really need a atterney? Look, my husband doesn't know I'm going to divorce him, so I can't really take him to the court house for the papers, shoot, I don't know what to do. Okay i am 27 yrs old and my hubby is 35 we have been married for a over 6 yrs.My husband had an affair with his secretary the second year of our marriage i was very angry. The relationship with my hubby went pretty cold after the affair.A little while later while i was getting my car fixed i ran into an ex.bf from highschool we got to talking turns out he was the owner of the shop.We talked became friends and i started bringing my car by more and more.An affair happened and i ended it started going to therapy with my hubby.Turns out i was pregnant during this time i gave birth too twins my relationship with my hubby returned to a so so level.I never really questioned my childrens paternity because the last time i had sex during the affair as the last day of my cycle. I am a widow with three children, am very much in love with this man...we are planning on getting married. We just closed on our new house, and I found out he has a site - activated last month before we bid on the house. I am beside myself. He doesn't know that I know. I think he did it when he was angry with me...and he hasn't answered his mail at all...maybe he just "used" the site...should I wait and see if there is any more activity? My soon-to-be ex is already frolicking about with the new man in her life, and i'm kinda feeling sorry for myself and wishing we could get back together, although i know getting back could be suicidal for me. I'm advised its not wise to remarry soon because of the children, but i need a "mother" to help me bring up the girls, and someone to love to help me maintain my sanity and keep me from "wandering". Any views on if i should remarry, and how soon, bearing in mind my young girls.

This may be more of a rhetorical question, but I am always amazed at the POWER that beauty has over men - that's really the most accurate word to describe it!

Maggie & Parker had affair and fell in love. Each was in bad long term marriage w/ 2 kids. They live 150 miles apart. Each agreed to leave their spouses, begin divorce & then Parker would move in with Maggie & kids in her town within 2-3 months. They would live there for 1-2 yrs then move to Parker's town so he could be near his kids. Marriage was implied & was important since Maggie had custody of her kids. Maggie left her spouse immed. & was divorced in 5 months. Parker left his wife but stayed in his town, chose not to move in with Maggie until aft. divorced. Maggie waited15 months for him to get divorced. Finally he said he'd move in with her but he feared she wouldn't be able to move back with him because the ex would stop her in court. He said that since he wasn't sure she could move, he would NOT marry or commit to her until she lived in his hometown. What do you think? Is this right? How could Maggie drag her kids 3 hrs to his town when he didn't commit or marry her?

I am here in an other country, yes but I try my very best to see him .I visit him every other week and communicate with him every day. Yes his father is in his life more than I am.The thing is that I know my son is very special meaning, that he is
very intelligent and yes i could have taken him but the enviroment that i am living in is not the best and for his best interest i decided to keep him with his grandparents. I am trying to save as much money so by the time he is ready to stat pre-school, i can afford to send him to the best school in the country.Im I still making the wrong decision?

Ok so my hubby and i have been having alot of problems for a while now, and recently he asked me to sleep with someone else, so of course thinking it would make him happy, I did it. i even took pics of it like he wanted. now before all of this, he and i had an arguement and he informed me that he was not in love with me anymore, and then a week later he said he was, and then a couple days later he wasnt and now he says he is. My hubby has never been one to understand me very well, and let me be me. I do love him, but since meeting this other guy and talking to him, even before we slept together, i felt a verystrong connection with him. and he also feels the same way. so my question is what do i do? should i stay with my husband and continue to wonder if he really loves me or should i go for it with this other guy and truly be happy.
