Would you be able to sue them for emotional distress or recovering funds lost (paying for two households, attorneys fees from the divorce, etc.) that would have been theirs upon the death of both parents in the event the marriage would have lasted? Does anyone know of any cases where this has happened?

i have known my wife for practically all of my life, but i have been married to her for 4 years. we have had other relationships before, we both are 24 years old, i know that she had a long relationship with this other guy that she started screwing since she was 15, i have been a man and said nothing to her about that relationship because i "love" her and that wouldnt be right. She recently found out that i had a similar relationship and now i cant get her off my back... she insults me in front of other people, she screams at me for no reason, she tells me that she hates me, and that she is going to stay with me because she wants to make my life a living hell... what i am bumed about, is that whatever we had in our pasts is past, or should i also start bitching at her for screwing that guy for that long before she married me?? i dont know what to do should i just try and play along to save my marriage....

I told you all that I have 2 kids, work part-time, etc. I am think I am going to use him for once and let him finish paying for my education and then leave him. I am currently finishing up my credentials and I will become a teacher in the next six months. And like I said, I know he's cheating, and yes I love him but I can't leave until I am finished with my credentials. Then, I will have the money, power, and self-esteem to walk away knowing I can support myself and two kids. He may be cheating on me but I'm using him to better myself.
Should I look for someone else while I am still with him so I can throw it back in his face when I do leave him? You know what they say, "Don't get mad, get even"

Passion was always at its highest after watching porn shows from the net. ... self satisfaction is the only way to get rid of the mood. But these days a girl from the next door comes and talking with me almost everything. We even spoke about sex. Now I have a feeling that has grown inside to intimate with her. However, I don’t know how to proceed. I am a married man and my wife lives in a different country. When I think about my wife I feel step back. Any suggestion you guys….

I’m at my wits in. My cousin has 3 kids and his going through a messy divorce. Her soon to be ex-husband cheated on here and is now with the women he cheated with. Despite that, he’s a cool guy and is a wonderful father. For the past 3 months they have been apart, she’s constantly bad-mouthed him in front of the kids and won’t let him see the kids. They miss him a lot. The reason why she says she won’t let him see the kids is because of his new girlfriend. I keep trying to tell her “That is still his kids and he is still their father. He has a right to see them”. All she wants him to do is pay for them and not see them. I keep trying to tell her that what she’s doing is not right. They only know that he’s their daddy and they the love him. They should not be subjected to this kind of thing. He loves his kids a lot and will do anything for them and she knows this. How can I get through to her?

I keep having insecurities particularly when he always admiring pretty women even looking almost lusting when we go out go out together. I do sometimes deliberately look at other men to get his feedback which isn't much. We have both lived on our own for sometime and doing what we want. I know he likes having someone to live with him.

I have a bf of 2 years. I have 2 kids from another relationship age 9 and 11. We are expecting a baby together in a few weeks. YES we do plan to marry. Anyway he has never hit my kids with a belt. A situation came up yesterday with behavior in the 9 year old. He took off his belt "never used it". I know he was hit with a belt as a kid. I WAS NEVER hit with a belt. I am strongly against it. I wrote him a e mail today at work about how i thought that a belt was never acceptable. I am seeking advice on how to work around this issue with him and my kids. I want to be clear i 100% have no issue with a corrective smack on the butt for the kids with a HAND. I see this becoming a huge issue with my bf later if this is not cleared up. What are your views on using a belt?

We have 2 kids and I love him and I want him to marry me but he won't commit. When I ask him about the other women he denies it. He says he loves me and that I think too much and everything is just in my head. I cook, clean, work, go to school, take care of the kids, and he still says I don't do enough. He says I have a bad attitude because I am constantly nagging him of where he's been or going. Maybe I'm in denial but I love him anyways if that makes sense. I want to leave him but my heart always takes over. How can I break this cycle?

My wife and I have been dabbling with some "soft swinging" with another couple. No complete swapping has taken place, and we agree it won't go that far. The wives are bi and have done pretty much everything there is to do between two women, and the other husband and I get to watch and get in on the action. As a couple we realize the hazards of this, but are being honest and open and have been taking it one step at a time....and the sex has been amazingly HOT.

Any advice or recommendations?

i have been married to my wife for 5 years, but i have been cheating on her for 4 years now. it started off by just having lunch with the seceratary from where i work, but then it turned to only sex, and thats how it has been, thats all we talk about whenever we talk, and we talk most of the day because she works with me. i love my wife, and we have 3 kids together, i know i wouldnt leave my wife for the other person but should she find out? or should i just try and get rid of the other person. to tell you the truth, i love the sex with the other person more than with my wife... but i dont know i am confused big time, maybe i dont even love my wife anymore.

Just wanting to know is it worth divorcing over or can it be fixed and you live happily ever after? Everything in my marriage is fine so far there are still those days where me and my husband have our spats but were not on the brink of divorce he is stuck with me unless he cheats on me. I hope I never have to go through a divorce and for those of you who are I hope things get better and you find happiness and not be in misery . Just want to know I am curious just to see what a spouse has done to make you want to get a divorce answer only if you want.

I've been married to my husband for 2 yrs now. He has always been so respectful of me , top notch father, and a wonderful provider. Last night though he spanked me!!! He works and I stay at home with our daughter so he makes the money but its my responsibility to write out the checks and pay the bills. (With the money he makes and puts in our joint bank account). He had reminded me over and over again to pay the electric bill but......I still forgot and the electric got turned off. He had to leave work early to try to get it turned back on and pay the fees, but it still took till the next day to get it flipped back on. Anyways though we he finally got home that day after dealing with that he took me to our room in private and spanked me!!! (nothing to horrible, but yikes it stung!!!) Don't know whether I should just let it go and remeber to pay the electric bill next time (He really is a great husband, father, and provider) or whether I should leave him.

THE WIFE OF THE BRAIN DAMAGE SPOUSE? OR HIS FAMILY.?..now why do churches FORCE you to stay with someone...whom you do not KNOW ANYMORE...and requires a lot of care???? i do not get that????i would feel it would be ok to get an annulment if one party becomes severely brain damaged???the LAW ALLOWS IT BUT WHAT ABOUT CHURCHES.??? WHY should you have to stay when it would NOT BE GOOD FOR YOU OR THE CHILDREN ...I WOULD THINK IT WOULD CAUSE RESENTMENT, amongths other things...he is NOT NORMAL...NOT EVEN A HUSBAND...IF i was like that i would expect to be put in a HOME...TO NOT DESTROY OTHER PEOPLE'S LIVES>>>>tell me your take on that???

Young is under 24. Many people do get married at a very young age, some even at 19 or 20. I read someone's question on this site and she married at 22 but is now very unhappy. I feel so sorry for her. But then I know a couple who is 24 years old and they had their first child recently. And they are smiling like children on Christmas morning. I am 23 but wants to marry when at least 28 years. I cannot see myself married for years to come! So, to those of you who were wed early, do you regret it?

I have been married for 4 years. My problem is my huband misbehaved with my niece who is just 7 years old. I left my husband and now with my parents for the last 8 months. Now i dont want to live with him and he is asking pardon and want to live with me but i dont trust him anymore. Now he and his family are very much trying to take my son. They want to spend time with him 2-3 days in a month which i dont want since i dont have a plan to live with him. My question is am i doing right not to allow my son to their place? secondly, now my husband is asking pardon but i dont trust him, should i need to forgive and live with him? I could not resist his behaviour with my niece since she was brought up in my arms. I told him that i dont want to continue our relationship but he is not going away from my life. what should I do? Please advice.
