Would you be mad?
I saw in my husbands phone a text message from 2 weeks ago saying: You and your boy cant say hi? Lisa." He had her # under the letter L. He said it was his friends ex. I called her and she sounded very honest and nice. Would you be mad if you saw that? I was (not anymore cause i stopped and realized i trust him) and he thinks i was over reacting. He said the reason y he had it in his phone is cause his friend (who i know used to date her) used to call from her phone sometimes.

I just don't understand why most people take the sanctity of marriage so lightly, rushing to bail-out when the "IDEAL" expectations are not being met....how about our morale and values?.... does it matter anymore????

Is that how it is now?.. ME ME ME... doesn't care about whose lives are being affected?...as long as we're happy... who cares?.........very sad.

...and we wonder why today's kids are so messed-up.... hmmm

We have lived together for 14 yrs, some utilities in my name, some in his...but ALL property purchased in 14 yrs was put in his name. He attacked me because my 21 yr old daughter is dating a 36 yr old man, my WHOLE family was here for thanksgiving, he had been drinking since noon, got mad, he thinks she is wrong and we had discussed this prior to her coming or not coming. we both agreed to let her bring him and meet him. we have 4 kids between us. his oldest son was married for 1 1/2 yrs, I had to file their divorce papers on tuesday, this girl was from HELL! I told him that I had to put up with her bs and comments because HE wanted me too so he wouldnt loose his son, well, guess what, i lost both my daughters, the oldest one is 4weeks pregnant and the rest of my family, but he still says it was my fault for rubbing his son's mistake in his face. Now NONE of my family will come back here, all from their mouths, not mine. How can I get any property if I file? it's all in his nam

April i was supposed to have gotten married to my college sweet heart but he called the wedding off 4 hours before it was supposed to take place and told me he needed space and time to think. We have not spoken since that day and recently he left a message till now he has left 3 wanting to speak to me again saying he loves me still and he never meant to hurt me.I went on a cruise ship for a vacation and emotional recovery. I met an Australian instructor on the rock climbing wall and had a romance resulting in me being 4 months pregnant dads not involved.I dont now how to tell him without hurtng him and i still have feelings for him as my first everything. I think i still love him after finally talking to him over the phone .

My ex husband is: narcissictic, alcoholic, drug abuser, lazy (can't keep a job; worked 1 week in one month), lives with mommy, has nothing (no car), pays no child support, hate-filled, jealous of me, no stability, insecure, angry, illogical, irrational, jerk, mental unstabile, foul mouthed, prejudice, selfish (our childs feelings (9) mean nothing to him), disrespectfulness, deceitful, dishonest,
Verbally and Emotionally Abusive (still and I have not lived with him since 2000), rude, arrogant, sneaky, conniving, user, con man. I think I got everything. I do not exaggerate.

It is getting harder and harder to deal with him. Our child fears him and his temper. She represses when she is with him and stresses when she knows she has to go with him. He whipped her 2 weeks ago for crying because she wanted to come home.

Its a horrible situation. I cannot continue to cry. I don't know what to do.

What shall I do?

I have had 2 wives now and both of them didn't know the meaning of " till death do us part", to them it was until I get a better offer. Am I destined to die alone? If thats the case I'd as soon go today! Lifes no fun this way!

we have a gravel driveway and he slipped and fell earlier. He had a heating pad on it, and then he went to go lay down. He just got up to use the restroom but he was shaking uncontrollably. I took his tempt. thinking he may have been cold (cause they keep it freezing in their room) and he was normal. I begged him to go to the hospital behind our house, but he wont listen. Does anyone know what might be wrong and how to fix it? I tried to massage out the knot, but he just kept crying. I am really worried..

He doesn't miss work at all and continues with his daily activities. He drinks alot when he plays golf. He is drinking more and more. There are so many nights when I come home from work and he is drunk. I absolutely hate it!!! I also hate being with him in public when he is drunk. I am at my wits end. Should I leave him. I have a 19 year old daughter in college and a 16 year old son that is a junior in high school. I've been to alanon and read every book on alcholism. I have prayed and prayed I just cannot come to terms with it. I have a good life except for this that eats at my soul. Help!!

I came home from work and my wife is gone. The house was a wreak. I treated her like a queen and she seem to happy. I found her with her moms BF and he said she didn't want to see me and told me to leave, so I did. I went to the police and filed a missing person report. They went and found her with this guy and she said she went on her free will. A couple of days before she left her mom a note telling her how much she loved her and the weird thing in the note was she said she would lye,or go though anything for her. And the day before we were talking about getting somestuff to remodel the house. I have talked to since she left but she acts distant even her friends notice it. Noone has seen her its always over the phone. She is 22 is there anyway we can get her away from him? He is 49 and has a record in diffrent charges ranging from drugs to domesic issues

My wife and I were together for 25 years and I considered her family to be my family too. We all get together several times a year even though my wife is no longer with us. I will always consider them ''family''. But should I still refer to them as my ''in-laws''?

Okay, so i have tried reasoning w/him. I have tried supporting him when I say no, that i dont mind if he takes care of himself. He is part of a VIP club at the local porn store! And when he touches me i tend to flinch sometimes because I know what is going to happen next. SEX!! He keeps track of my periods, more then I do! And when I say no, which is hard cuz I feel bad, he will make crappy remarks later.... when talking about something completly different. He will also crack jokes about it around his friends. Which I feel is none of their business. And when he says that we messed around his friends will cheer him on, knowing how he doesn't get it as often as he likes.
Sorry if I seem to be going on....just trying to answer your questions too.

My dad is a diabetic, and I just found out that he smokes. He has been hiding it for the last 12 yrs. of my life. I don't know if this is a good thing or not. I am very scared that I will get pressured into smoking as much as I despise it. I am very mad at him for lying and dont know what to do. It will break my heart if he gets lung cancer on top of having diabetes. HELP

I'm 20 now, and am taking my time through college. I play to wait till I'm 23, where I should be a senior in college, and I should have plenty of options to choose from in younger girls 19-21 who are still single. What do you guys think? I feel too young to meet my life companion this soon...

If one parent is critical, pointing out every single flaw in life, and nothing is ever done right, fast enough, etc. does it stomp on a childs self esteem? Does it make them critical? Is it healthy? What do you do about a parent who is never satisfied… a faultfinder? What do we tell them? Any advice would help. thanks!

I have been dating this guy for three years. He is 28 and I'll be 33. He has a child and I have 3. He does so much for me and my children and I do so much for him. We never argue and we get along really well. The problem? I'm ready for marriage and he is not. I own my own home and he still lives in the basement of his childhood home. He wants to live alone before he gets married/lives with someone. I am divorced but I really desire to have that type of committment. We love each other very much but I can't decide if I should let him go/grow without me. What do you think?
