and have 2 children. I dont work and show no income but my children took his last name and he signed the birth certificate. And if i do qualify for something will they go after him because i dsont want that. also he claims them on the tax return

the police say he will be arrested but they will need DNA so he cant say it wasnt his in court!but if she does not keep the kid there will be no dna so what do i do?

I've observed married couples my whole life. Their lives seem so fun when they are dating (holding hands, laughing,cuddling, listening to eachother) but when they get married it seems like they don't pay as much attention to eachother anymore. The wives i have seen are always starving for affection from their husbands, and the husbands put up with their wives. PLEASE, tell me that marriage is better than this? I'm starting to become scared of gettting married because it seems like even the "good" marriages aren't so good!! Can someone please explain this whole thing to me and renew my faith in marriage?

Last Tuesday I told my wife to go to Best Buy and wait in line until tonight at midnight when the PS3 goes on sale. She said, "I ain't goin to no Best Buy to get you no PS3, dog." So I says, "look ho, I want a PS3, I bring home the bacon, and you need to pull your weight and get me one."

Not only did she refuse, but she then stopped making my dinner and getting me beer from the fridge. She's way out of control. If she doesn't get me a PS3 by this weekend, should I divorce her?

My wife left me in early May of this year. I NEVER saw it coming,we've been married for 27yrs! I am by no means a rich man ,always worked hard and raised two children on one salary all of that time. She now lives with her 'princess' of a sister in a fabulous home in the country in northern Ontario. She recently E-mailed me to tell me to send her $400 a month. She said she deserved it. She went to the local Welfare office up there to see if they would give her money.
Needless to say, they weren't very pleasant with her.But just the same the Welfare ppl threaten to 'garnish' my pay in order to make me support her still.
She left....I never sent her away. Pls. be nice and don't joke about my predicament...what i'm hoping to get here ,are some serious points of view...I know nothing about 'legal' matters. Thanks to you all. : )

After I made breakfast this morning, grandpa took me and the baby to a store he needed to go to. Afterwards he said he needed to get gas so he pulled into the gas station and filled up. Then he said he needed to use the bathroom and my palms started sweating because I don't like to be left alone without a male guardian. He told me I could wait right outside the door and everything would be okay. He got the key to the restroom and unlocked the males restroom and while I am waiting there outside holding my baby (the bathroom was outside), this strange man comes up to me and says he wants to "tap my (bad word that means fanny)". I was so scared but luckily my grandpa came out and the guy walked off. Help! My husband of 13 yrs is an Aqaurius, he has frequently lost interest in sex, refuses to initiate it, has stopped taking any kind of care in his personal hygene, says he doesnt like kissing anymore, and the few times we do have sex there is vertually no foreplay. I am an Aries,12 yrs his junior, in VERY good shape, I am quite attractive and don't have any sexual hangups. Every November my husband and I would host a dinner for about 80 people. He began doing this with a smaller crowd before we were married.
The last 20 years I have hosted and prepared everything myself. I just love it and I had such a great time. It was my way of expressing my gratitude and love towards our friends and colleagues.
My husband and I have recently seperated and he is going ahead with the party, hiring a caterer, etc. I feel very hurt as it feels like I am so replaceable. (I want a reconciliation in our marriage and this just doesn't feel right.) Many of our friends don't know we are living apart and they will receive his version of the story which is a little altered from the reality of the situation.
The thing that makes me question my reaction is that I have been very depressed and seemingly I am not ready to move on yet and it seems he is. It almost feels like a betrayal in some sense.
I don't know if I have the right to feel hurt or not.
What do you think?

ok me and my wife are now seperated but at one point in time like a week ago she wanted me to sign her payroll check after checking the mail and put my signature on it as well and put it into one of my personal checking account so i did. its fraud but she gave me permission. once the check cleared i took out the money and handed it to her. she called me one day about child support i told her i didnt have it yet. she got all pissed off and her new lover is yelling in the background and all that other crap and he told her as i heard in the background get his *** for signing your check. so they went down to the police and reported i signed the check without her permission which is a lie and now im being investigated. what in the hell can i do in this kinda situation to protect myself and stay outta jail?

Ok, so what had happened was I was deployed to Iraq for a total of 19 months since 2003 and numerous other deployment with the US Army.Well being in a all male unit (infantry) , sometimes a man gets kinda lonely out there and instead of turning gay, I bought a couple of porn movies for happy time. Well, since my reutrn I have became sort of addicted to porno but not to a way I am subscribe to a site or anything like that, I just like to browse through websites and enjoy myself. I almost cheated on my wife in December. She found out about it and at first I denied it and then I told the truth. She stayed with me until May. Then she moved home to go to school. my husband and i have been married for 13 years. he has 3 kids they never liked me or my 3 kids from day 1. I have been nothing but good to those kids and they have admitted, to trying everything to make us divorce. Now they are all 3 married with kids themselves and they are still at it. they have always been extremly spoiled and they dont care about anyone but themselves. I cant take the mind games and harrasment anymore I love my husband, but my health isnt so good anymore and the stress worsens my condition. My husband says he knows that they are wrong, but he wont do anything to alienate them.He wont even scold them about thier rude behavior. They even acted horrible with us at their grandmas funeral! I wont ever go around them again,and I wont allow them in my house anymore. I have babysat their kids I have cooked for them, I treat their father like a king. And they still hate me.
