If you would like to "fix" things you could try marriage counselling...if you attend a church maybe the two of you could talk to your minister.

You don't give many details. Is there still any love? Do you even like each other? If you feel that the relationship isn't worth saving and you would like to be free to see other people then perhaps the two of you should have a talk about it. Just be up-front and honest but don't sink to the level of name-calling or putting all the blame on the other person. Try to be fair and see things from your spouse's point of view too. A divorce can go a lot smoother if the two of you can at least maintain a friendship rather than having it end up being a vindictive battle.
