He must live in Delaware County, PA. There's NOTHING he can do....if he gets an additional job, they'll find out, and attach THOSE wages too. Then, when he gets tired of working TWO jobs and he quits the part time gig, they'll hold him in contempt for not paying the full amount. His best bet is to find some work under the table IN ADDITION to his full time job. Maybe they won't find out about the cash job, and you all can get caught up with your bills and such. HTH!
P.S. Don't pay ANY MORE G.D. lawyers...they don't give a damn about you, your husband, or the kids. And neither does Domestic Relations....all they care about is $$$. TRUST ME.

Im sorry, but the courts have the husbands by the @ss on this one. Sometimes the ex-wives can soak em for all they can, regardless if they need the money for child expenses or not. I've seen it happen. My husband used to have to pay $700/mo. and his ex lived the good life, while he struggled to make it in his little apartment. I know what you are going thru, but you might have to tough it out, and perhaps one of you get a 2nd job. Not much you can do when the court is on her side. {{{{sorry}}}}

You can ask the court to re-evaluate, but they go by a formula in most cases, unless if the mother who has physical custody, agrees to another amount. Your husband may have to obtain a lawyer to fill out the forms.

His child deserves the money before you do. The children always come first. Get a second job if you don't have enough money.

OK, I will speak to the judge. We will not have any of that putting the kids firs stuff going on here. Besides you married a man who was not taking care of his kids and now he is being responsible and doing the right thing. I can understand why you would be disappointed. MEN

Take it back to court and show that you can't make it. It depends on how much you make. That is the only way to go legally.
Or find ways to cut the budget.
