Crying is an emotional emergency valve. The tears that are released carry out small quantities of a hormone that make us experience depressed and worried. The longer the crying jag, the greater hormone is shed in the tears and the calmer and happier we modify into. think of of how calm you experience after a protracted crying jag. this would experience such as you're drained i assume, particularly in case you haven't any longer been resting nicely by using rigidity.

Crying is the natural stress re leaser. After we cry and release our anger, hurt, or
disappointment, we are left exhausted.
You've got to deal with the situation and go on with your life. The quicker you get out and doing the things you do, the easier it is to occupy your mind with other things.

Strong emotions can be exhausting...it's not unusual to be quite tired after a good cry...you simply have to wait until you regain some energy (it shouldn't take too long)...
Hopefully, you don't cry often enough for it to affect your work frequently...

You are focusing on & crying over the wrong things. You are crying over things you are not responsible for & things you can't change. You can only be responsible for yourself. So stop crying, get up & go to work. If not you will lose your job, have no money & not be able to meet your responsibilities in addition to the issues that you are crying over. So you will make matters worse for yourself.

Because you're emotionally exhausted. I always feel like sleeping after I've had a big cry. I feel relaxed.

I know what you mean. After my friend died in college it was very emotionally and physically draining. Just keep in mind that if you are getting over some emotionally trauma that you will need time to get over it, and give yourself that time.
